1. Payment is via my Cashapp, PayPal & Kofi only!2. DO NOT train my work through AI, use it for NFTs, trace or edit it, or give it to another artist to continue working from my art. You will be blacklisted & reported.3. Please be detailed with what you want! Visual references and explanations for commission orders is HIGHLY appreciated <34. Please credit me if you share/repost my work on social media. @moonbachelor is my handle for most of my socials!5. Please pay either 100% upfront, or 50% before the sketch, and the other 50% after I show the sketch + revisions if needed.6. In regards to revisions, they are free during the concept & rough sketch phase! During cleanup, a client's first 5 revisions during the sketching phase is also free! Afterwards, any revisions during the later phases (flats, rendering, etc.) will cost 5% of the commission price.7. I retain all rights to my work, and I may use the art for my portfolio, or post it on social media. However, if a client would like to keep the art private, please discuss it with me.8. In addition to the term above, do NOT remove my watermark under any circumstances. It's there for credit.9. Refunds vary depending on the reason. If I have to cancel the order due to personal reasons (health, personal issues, etc.), a 100% refund will be given. If a client violates the TOS more than 3 times, NO REFUND will be given.
If a client refunds during the concept/sketch phases, a 100% refund will be given. After the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be given after the detailed/rendering phases.10. A commission can take up to either 5 days to a week (longer if I'm busy, which will be discussed if that's the case). I will be giving updates throughout the whole process! I unfortunately can't do commissions with deadlines.
